Stefanie Caruthers has a career that has spanned 20+ years in sales and marketing, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry. She is a President’s Club award winner with various top sales and leadership achievements in her career.
Stefanie has used her business skills and Master’s in Business to launch two companies, most recently Sisterblu™ and The Rose & Pheebs Co™.
Black With a Little Cream and Sugar® was a brainstorm after years of frustrating conversations surrounding her ethnicity. No matter what she said (or didn’t) it was never a good enough response. Stefanie decided to simply put it on a teeshirt and from there has added many other multicultural mixed apparel to her line. Most recently Bravo’s Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant was seen on an episode expressing her heritage!
